Our Philosophy: Always Looking for the Best

Since 1986, we’ve had one simple rule: “good enough” isn’t good enough – we always opt for the best we can find. In practical terms, this means sourcing small local producers who make incredible cured meats and cheeses the old-fashioned way, and who take their sweet time over the agingprocesses. The result? Rich, exquisite flavours from the past that live on in every dish we serve.

Real Food, Local Flavours

Our menu brings together Italian classics with some modern creative twists. Alongside our pizza (made with carefully selected premium ingredients), you’ll find traditional favourites like rigatoni alla carbonara and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles – dishes that really capture the essence of our region.
