We are a small restaurant in the center of Bagnoregio. Since 1986 we have always been looking for quality products,
we have selected excellent local products and it was never enough that they were only good, we were looking for the best possible. For this reason we have selected only small producers of cured meats and cheeses who favor quality over quantity and still use those slow aging that allow the unmistakable rich and delicate flavors of the past.

For thirty years we have been making sure that all this finds its right place.
